With qualifications in L2 Gym Instructing and L3 Personal Training, Ieuan brings a wealth of experience and passion to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Craig Williams

Craig has a deep passion for all things health and fitness, he brings a wealth of experience to help you achieve success beyond your expectations.

Craig has an impressive background in competitive track, road, and cross-country running, having competed at a national level and securing multiple Welsh Championship medals in 800m, 1500m, and 5k events.

With qualifications in Level 2 Gym Instructing and Level 3 Personal Training, Emily is dedicated to empowering individuals to build confidence both in the gym and within themselves, all while fostering a genuine enjoyment of fitness and the sense of community it brings.

Emily’s personalised approach ensures every session is tailored to your goals, whether they are ambitious or modest. In addition to her professional certifications, Emily holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Sports Coaching and Pedagogy. She also actively coaches and plays netball in her free time, which informs her approach to training. Emily integrates agility, plyometric, and interval training into her sessions, continuously striving to enhance performance and achieve optimal results.

Steve Ball

With a passion for health, fitness, and helping others reach their full potential, Steve began his personal training journey after overcoming his own battle with obesity. His mission is to empower individuals to achieve their fitness goals one rep at a time.

Certified in Level 2 Fitness Instructing, Level 3 Personal Training, and Level 3 Exercise Referral, Steve is also working towards his Level 4 qualification in Nutrition for Physical Activity and Sport. He offers personalised training programs tailored to each client’s specific needs, whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, or improved performance.

Steve believes in combining physical fitness with proper nutrition and mental wellness to create sustainable routines that are both enjoyable and effective.

Kelly Watts

Meet Kelly, the creator and lead instructor of Party Central Fitness!

After losing 8 stone, Kelly qualified as a dance fitness instructor 6 years ago and discovered her passion for making fitness fun. She founded Party Central Fitness to share her love for dance and fitness, aiming to inspire others to get fit and stay fit in an exciting and enjoyable way.

Kelly is dedicated to delivering high-energy classes that not only help people burn up to 1000 calories per hour but leave them feeling energised and having fun. Whether it’s an intense workout or a joyful dance session, Kelly’s mission is to make every class an experience.

She’s proud of her personal achievements, including winning Fitness Class of the Year at the Welsh Fitness Awards 2023 and securing 2nd place in the Dance-Based Workout category at the British Fitness Awards 2024. Kelly is also endorsed and accredited by CIMSPA.

Steele Quinnell

Steele is a Sports, performance and Holistic (relaxation) massage therapist, personal trainer, class instructor and mind coach.

As a MSc sport and exercise psychologist, massage therapist and PT, he aims to work within his professional capacity to support/create goals to promote growth mentally and physically through exercise and recovery. He aims to aid recovery for injury, general aches and pains, and improve health overall. Whether that’s flexibility, range of movement, or help DOMs, Steele is more than happy to assist.

Steele has worked with a diverse range of clients, spanning different genders, ages, abilities and backgrounds. From none gym goers to international athletes, Steele provides an overview of your issues/queries and provides the tools to improve them.

Becca Ding

Becca has been a dedicated fitness professional since 2019, specialising in yoga, mat Pilates, and reformer Pilates. Her teaching style focuses on energetic flow movement, creating classes that are dynamic, uplifting, and accessible to all levels.

Her foundation was built through comprehensive training with Stott Pilates, equipping her with a deep understanding of functional movement and alignment. Over the years, she has continued to refine her skills, layering her personal touch into every class.

David Cooper

David brings over a decade of experience as a fitness coach, with a versatile and adaptable background gained through working in gyms, transformation studios, and successfully running his own personal training business.

He is qualified in Personal Training, Pilates, Sports Massage, GP Referral, Lower Back Pain, Pre- and Post-Natal Exercise, and has experience in Muay Thai Padwork and MMA conditioning.

Specialising in working with mature clients, David focuses on improving posture, mobility, and strength while helping to manage pain. His approach emphasises introducing simple anchor habits and behaviors outside the gym, paired with balanced, varied, and progressive fitness programs.

Anastasiya Tyshkavets

Anastasiya is a dedicated yoga teacher with a deep passion for all things health, fitness, nutrition, and behavioral design.

She initially turned to yoga to relieve chronic back pain, but after experiencing its many more transformative benefits, she was inspired to become a certified yoga instructor.

Now, she helps others achieve their health, fitness and mental well-being goals through the practice of yoga.
